l 概述与用途
电炉变压器是指工业电炉冶炼用电源变压器,它是根据各种电炉的工作特性和运作方式而设计的专用变压器。主要包括:炼钢电弧炉变压器、钢包精炼炉变压器、中频感应电炉变压器和工频炉变压器等各种交流炉用变压器。
变流变压器指与变流装置配合使用的专用电源变压器。它包括与整流器配套用的整流变压器和与变频装置配合使用的变流变压器。
整流变压器是应用最为广泛的变流变压器。电化学用整流变压器是人们最为熟知的一种、牵引用整流变压器应用也较多。
与变频装置配用的变流变压器、随着变频技术发展,在拖动、调整及直接或间接变频装置应用领域越来越广。

其突出的特点是:节能环保、防谐波、不发热、抗短路、过载能力强、熔化速度快。与常规同容量变压器相比,熔炼时间缩短20%左右,吨电耗下降70度左右,年产量按3千吨计算,每年约可节电21万度。该产品适用于30吨以下中频炉专用。高压侧电压为10KV和35KV。低压侧电压分为:400V,600V,660V,690V,700V,720V,750V,800V,850V,900V,950V,1000V,1050V,1100V,1250V。1500V等十六种。
